Yeah, I’ll second that one, though I’m guessing I won’t be generating nearly the volume of Steven Levitt.
For those of you who haven’t caught on yet, I’m a big fan of learning new things. This site has introduced me to more concepts and thoughts than the last eight years of working in industry has. At this point, I think I must thank my buddy Clay for introducing me to this site.
TED on TED
TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design. It started out (in
1984) as a conference bringing together people from those three worlds.
Since then its scope has become ever broader.
The annual conference now brings together the world’s most fascinating
thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives (in 18
minutes).
This site makes the best talks and performances from TED available
to the public, for free. More than 200 talks from our archive are now available,
with more added each week. These videos are released under a Creative Commons license, so
they can be freely shared and reposted.
One of my favorite TED videos, Hans Rosling — 20 Minutes, totally worth every minute

I listened to all 20 minutes of Hans Rosling’s talk and I have to second your comment. Fascinating!
